JHBRM has aligned itself with several other companies that enable us to provide our customers a wide range of high quality choices in how to manage their sensitive business information:
- We have partnered with the Vantage Healthcare Network to provide Mobile Document Destruction services, to enhance our existing shredding and security console services.
- Recognizing the need for our medical customers to work toward an electronic health record, we also offer the iMedica Patient Relationship Manager and Electronic Medical Record in conjunction with Electronic Medical Technologies, Inc.
- As more of our customers began requesting that their documents be scanned rather than stored in our warehouse, we realized that they would need a comprehensive method of storage and retrieval to manage their sensitive data. That’s why we have partnered with Laserfiche to provide our customers with a robust, highly scalable electronic document management system that can grow as their company’s needs grow.
- As businesses move toward electronic document management solutions, they may find they need additional hardware and infrastructure to support their vision. To that end we have partnered with locally-owned Softek/Velocity.net to provide these vital services to enhance productivity.
- Though we provide scanning services in our Records Center, in some cases it is more cost-effective for our customers to do the scanning in-house. In order to provide our customers with the tools they need, we have aligned ourselves with Fujitsu scanners. Fujitsu is known in the industry for its quality equipment and superior customer service. We have been using Fujitsu scanners in our own offices for years, and our experience has been such that we are confident our customers will find them as reliable as we have.
